I waited a while to write this because I wanted to get them to fruition first. My dish was well colonized and only smelled like mushrooms so that was a good start. I divided that plate into 4 oat jars. Shook at 10 days, fully colonized in 24 days. Went 1:1 with cvg. First pins in 12 days, and these bad boys in my pic are some of todays fruits on day 19. Hard to tell from the picture but the tallest one is 8 inches. Stoked!
