Great lids

These lids are great. I know I could make my own but these are nice, they go through the pressure cooker for 2 hours with zero problems. The self healing ports are nice and tight and stay put when putting a needle through them. I am buying more so that all of my jars use these lids! Thank you!

Great swabs

I was able to swab 6 plates with one swab. I guess I got lucky because I had zero contamination issues and was able to use one full plate per grain bag. Biggest first flush was 1620 grams wet in one 3 lb bag. These dudes get big and fat. Quite happy!
